Received a defective/wrong item? No problem, our exchanges and returns policies are designed to make that as easy as possible. To return any products please email us cs@face-kare.com Send your order ID and complete details about what exactly is the cause of return Return shipping, insurance, and handling is the responsibility of the customer. Credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition. Client is advised to not use the product. As any used product may or may not be refunded / returned / exchanged as depending upon scenario. Products will only be accepted for exchange/credit if received in sell-able condition. Any Claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within 10 working days of receipt of goods. A restocking fee will apply to any product returned for reason other than defect or damage. Custom clearance in customer’s country is not our responsibility.
